… and, for a change, I was pretty pleased with it. Oh, I am a terrible critic of my own cooking. Don’t flatter me, I know that X or Y could be better. That’s me, usually. But last night was a good night. A beet risotto, steamed beet greens, and a nice piece of steelhead with crispy skin. No complaints at all. Nice job, Peter.
