grilled squid

A new appetizer graces Yoshi's menu. We quickly zeroed in on it last night: grilled squid. Mmmmm. Squid is one of those things (like radicchio or scallops) that takes the smoky char of grilling and transforms into almost a whole new food. Too rhapsodic? Ah well.



I liked it muchly. I especially liked the tentacles in crisp tempura batter - nice touch Yoshi!

And Conrad? How did you like it?
