A welcome return to our usual Saturday mornings today (and for a couple of weeks, at least, until I have my middle two January weekends out of town). A short stroll down to Amara for breakfast for us. We said our cheery hellos - so good to see everyone - ordered, and got a table outside. This despite the weather. It was rainy overnight and into this morning, and Conrad was particularly interested in checking out that weather gauge installed yesterday.
More geeking out on that data in times ahead, for sure. Breakfast came - I opted for the burrito for a change today (and the beans were so good!)
- and we dug in eagerly. And then lingered to sip our lattes
before the damp walk home. Saturday, re-established.
