We're just back from catching up with friends at Yoshi's. Alas, we'll miss the 25th anniversary celebration next week while we're in BC. On the other hand, we're altogether excited about our 6th trip up there this year!

Persimmon pudding sounds mighty fine!
I've made a persimmon pudding recipe once or twice before. An interesting fruit, and I should explore working with them more now that they are in season.
I just love persimmons...never had them any other way than plain (i.e. fresh) but I can imagine it would be delicious!
