I have not cooked since I got back from Ireland, so it's been, oh, almost two weeks since I was last in my kitchen. Hmmmm... maybe two weeks on the dot, and maybe the same protein as two weeks ago. Whatever. I plan to reclaim my kitchen this fall after weeks of travel. I love dining out, but I love pulling a meal together a feeding Conrad, Van, and whoever else may be at the table. Pork tenderloin tonight with a carrot puree. Not a bad return, all in all!
