highest bar in ireland

Another short post from the tour, and this is a meal post.  En route from the Seamus Heaney HomePlace today to the Giant’s Causeway, we stopped for lunch at The Ponderosa, the highest bar and grill in Ireland.  

Almost at 1000 feet in elevation.  Wow!  I mean that wow a little sarcastically.  But still, it did feel like we were up at an elevation.  And it was a nice lunch with a chicken supreme for me.  

I sat across from Rachelle,

facing the real fireplace.  

Outside, sheep grazed nearby.  

Lunch done, we were off to see some amazing scenery.
