
Make the dough in the morning, chill it, go work on an article draft for most of the day. At the end of the day, roll into cookies, place on sheets, chill. Roll the balls of dough in sugar, bake for 10-12 minutes. Friends, that will get you a fairly stress-free batch of chocolate gingerbread cookies. And that should make Conrad's office happy tomorrow, I think...

As for Conrad's office, well they are my guinea pigs, and while everything I send in is edible, it's not always that good. They bear it well, happily.
