I would be remiss if I came to Italy and didn’t enjoy the greatest hits, right?  Bring on the gelato!

Cassata flavour for me on Ischia.  

A scoop of spagnola and  a scoop of zabaione for me in Bologna.

And yes, I am enjoying all the other very Italian things as well!
